🚀 Why this role matters
Our CEO has been running sales alongside our US-based CS team member (who's been taking demos as we scale). We've proven the motion works - strong inbound pipeline, fast deal cycles, and growing demand. Now we're at the point where we need a dedicated AE to own the full sales function in the US and accelerate from here.
You'll be joining at the perfect time: proven playbook + room to shape and scale it. As our first dedicated US sales hire, you'll close $1M+ ARR in 2026, work directly with the CEO on strategic opportunities, and help us build the commercial engine as we grow from 16 → 50+ team members.
🎯 What you’ll be doing
Sales Execution
- Run the full sales cycle: demo, negotiate, and close new business
- Manage a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot and deliver reliable forecasts
- Partner with the CEO on several Enterprise opportunities per month and gradually take on more ownership
Pipeline & Process
- Own a strong inbound pipeline (currently 80%+ qualified leads) while helping shape our growing outbound motion
- Fast sales cycles (weeks, not months) with deal sizes up to $50,000 ACV
- Your goal: Close $1M+ ARR in 2026
Collaboration & Handoff
- Ensure smooth transitions from Sales → Implementation → Customer Success
- Work closely with our US-based CS team member for seamless handoffs
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to refine messaging and strengthen GTM
Commercial Growth
- Improve and scale the sales processes already working well → our goal is to move faster, not start from scratch
- Share customer insights to shape product, pricing, and positioning
- Maintain and enhance sales collateral (decks, templates, proposals)
